blogging & writing,  EROBLOPOMO

It’s that time again, folks!

Welcome back for the 2nd official year of EROBLOPOMO.

To remind you (or introduce you) . . . much like it’s predecessors NANOWRIMO and NABLOPOMO, EROBLOPOMO will be a month-long PERSONAL writing challenge. Here are some things to do to prepare:

Make sure you have a space to write. If you don’t already have a blog, start one (you can do this free on Blogger, WordPress,  and a host of other platforms).

Step 1: Choose a theme or idea. Is something going to tie all of your posts together? For example, are you going to take the month to write 30 posts about gratitude? Are you going to write a naughty poem each day or post a sexy photo or drawing? You could do an A-Z style method, write 30 letters to your lover, or write your erotic memoir, 500 words at a time. Maybe you’ll write a 100 word erotic story each day? The sky is the limit, and it is all up to you.

Step 2: Set a goal. How much or how often do you plan to write each day? How will you track your progress?

Step 3: Write an intro post, and create a category or tag for this year’s writing.

Step 4: Link up on the EROBLOPOMO site.

Step 5: You can announce to the world that you are participating by displaying this nifty badge on your blog.

Once you have linked up, I will add your name to the list of participants in the side-bar menu.

This challenge is open to anyone interested in pushing themselves as a blogger. I find this season to be one of the hardest for writing. I’m busy, tired, and unmotivated, heading into the darkness of winter. So, I started this more as a way to get MYSELF to simply write more.

This doesn’t have to be a major project, it’s just a way for us all to get in on the NANOWRIMO craze without having to write 30,000 words…who has time for that, anyway? Unless of course that’s your goal, and if so, I’m impressed and jealous!

Enjoy! And welcome to the fun! Let’s get this party started.

Head to the link-up now.
